In the event there is a conflict between the agency agreement(s) or any other agreement which has been entered into with us, the agreement will take precedence over the terms of this privacy policy.

We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling purposes specified by us and for other compatible business purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual or party concerned or as required by law.

We will retain personal information for the fulfilment of purposes set out by us, marketing activities and relevant business activities.

We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual and/or party concerned. We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We will make readily available to client information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information. To reflect changes in the law and our business activities we may update our privacy policy from time to time.

What is your personal information?

When used in this privacy policy, the term “personal information” has the meaning given to it in the Act. In general terms, it is any information that can be used to personally identify you. This may include your name, address, telephone number, email address and profession or occupation. If the information we collect personally identifies you, or you are reasonably identifiable from it, the information will be considered personal information.

We may collect your name, mailing or street address, email address, telephone number, facsimile number, age or birth date, profession, occupation or job title, governmental identification details and any additional information relating to you that you provide to us directly or indirectly through our websites or online presence, through our representatives or otherwise and information you provide to us through visits by our representatives from time to

We collect personal information directly from the individual/party concerned and from referrals. We are also permitted to collect personal information about an individual from a third party in certain circumstances, including;
